 s" in a dark room with projected astral visuals.\n\nWe offer a gentle nervi
 ne tea to begin the sound healing session. Our Sound Bath Tea is intentiona
 lly blended with complementary herbs that support our nervous system and as
 sist our bodies into a meditative state.\n\nYou will then lay amongst the s
 tars while being bathed in Ocean Drum\, Tingsha\, Crystal Singing Pyramid\,
  Swinging Chime\, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl\, and Gong frequencies.\n\nTh
 e combined effects of sound and nervine tea will lull you into a relaxed st
 ate where you can tap into your parasympathetic nervous system. Sound heali
 ng works on the basis of brain entrainment through frequencies\, by lowerin
 g our brainwave lengths we can alter our states of consciousness to tap int
