SUMMARY:Kids Studio — Imagining Spaces: Mini Installations & Creative Pho
 tography.
DESCRIPTION:Families with children ages 7-12 are invited to explore themes 
 from our current exhibitions through art making activities.\n\nFamilies wit
 h children ages 7–12 ONLY (recommended due to the more detailed\, hands-o
 n nature of the program) are invited to join us at Esker Foundation for an 
 imaginative and creative workshop hands on workshop.\n\nWhat will be be doi
 ng ?\n\nInspired by the immersive artwork of Zadie Xa\, participants will d
 iscover how artists can transform an entire space into an artwork that shap
 es how we feel\, think\, and experience our surroundings.\n\nAfter explorin
 g the exhibition together\, children will design and build and photgraph th
 eir own miniature installation inside a diorama\, considering atmosphere\, 
 scale\, materials\, colour\, and light similar to one of our current instal
 lations: Zadie Xa with Benito Mayor Vallejo | Moonlit Confessions Across De
 ep Sea Echoes: Your Ancestors Are Whales\, and Earth Remembers Everything\n
 \nKids Studio is a series of hands-on workshops designed for children aged 
 7 to 12 where they can independently explore their creativity through artis
 tic experimentation and imaginative play. Each workshop introduces conceptu
 al and creative ways of thinking encouraging them to have fun creating with
  each other!\n\nRegistration and parent/guardian consent are essential. Par
 ents/guardians are not required to be present for the duration of the progr
 am\, however if your child requires assistance with the following skills\, 
 we ask that a parent/guardian accompanies them: cutting\, hot glue tools\, 
 other fine motor skills.\n\nIMPORTANT – Confirming attendance: Please mak
 e sure the phone number and email you have registered with are accurate. Yo
 u will receive a confirmation text\, email\, or call prior to the program. 
 You must reply to the text\, email\, or call to confirm your attendance. If
  you are not able to confirm\, your spot will be offered to the waitlist. T
