DESCRIPTION:Calgary Humane Society Summer Camp is a place where kids build 
 meaningful connections with animals. Our goal is to create opportunities fo
 r children to interact with\, learn about\, and develop empathy for the ani
 mals that share our world.\n\nLed by enthusiastic instructors\, dedicated v
 olunteers\, and supported by our friendly animal ambassadors\, each camp we
 ek offers an enriching experience filled with fun activities\, creative cra
 fts\, and hands‑on learning. As campers explore and play\, they also lear
 n about respect\, compassion\, and the lifelong responsibility of caring fo
 r animals.\n\nAll activities are designed to be age‑appropriate and devel
 opmentally suitable. For campers who wish to attend multiple weeks\, each w
 eek features a unique theme to ensure fresh and diverse experiences.\n\nThr
 oughout their time with us\, campers will discover animal characteristics a
 nd behavior\, learn proper pet care\, and meet a variety of species\, inclu
 ding bunnies\, cats\, dogs\, reptiles\, birds\, and more!\n\nTheme Descript

  as: Why do people choose cats as pets? What specific care do cats need? Wh
 at should I consider before adopting? How can I prepare to welcome a cat in
 to my home? What does it really cost to have a feline companion? And how ca
 n I help support cats in an animal shelter while they wait for their foreve
 r homes?\n\nThis camp is purr‑fect for aspiring cat owners and anyone who
  wants to better understand and care for cats. The week will be filled with
  visits from animal guests (including cats and other species)\, cat‑tasti
 c enrichment toy‑building\, and plenty more whisker‑friendly fun!\n\nQu
