 \nMitchell and Tony met while studying at Grant Macewan University and quic
 kly bonded over their shared musical interests. They have collaborated on s
 everal projects together and performed across the province. \n\nTony Flana
 gan’s drumming is a dynamic force creating rhythms that resonate from the
  heart of Edmonton’s vibrant music scene. A graduate of MacEwan Universit
 y\, Tony has quickly become an emerging voice in the jazz world as a member
  of the Out of Pocket Trio and Mbira Renaissance Band.\n\nMitchell Prentice
  has quickly become one of Calgary's foremost tenor saxophonists. He holds 
 a Bachelor’s degree from MacEwan University in Music Performance. Mitchel
 l draws musical influence from his hero\, Sonny Rollins. He is currently pe
 rforming across the city with contemporary\, experimental and jazz ensemble
 s. \n\nJoin two of Alberta's emerging jazz artists in their search of crea
