DESCRIPTION:Join us for a pattern-making workshop inspired by Ghazaleh Avar
 zamani’s exhibition Churn\, Earn\, Burn and then Return\, where games bec
 ome a lens for examining the systems that shape our everyday life. By rolli
 ng dice\, kids will generate the rules to create their artworks\, while exp
 loring colour\, composition\, and ideas of control through playful chance.\
 n\nWhat to expect: The session begins with a 25-minute guided tour of selec
 ted works from Churn\, Earn\, Burn\, and then Return\, followed by a hands-
 on art-making activity.\n\nOur free onsite Contemporary Kids programs invit
 e children to learn about modern and contemporary art through unique and en
 gaging art activities. \n\nFor children ages 5-12. Maximum group of 25 chi
 ldren\, with one guardian per child. \n\nContemporary Calgary Educational 
 Programs are often photographed. This photography includes the participants
 \, parents or guardians and their creations. If you wish not to be photogra
 phed\, please let Contemporary Calgary education staff know upon arrival\,
