 eful 4th Street businesses\, including restaurants\, pubs\, an advertising 
 company\, a bank and a piercing studio\, are going head-to-head in a bid to
  win the coveted Golden Spatula award at this year’s Pancake Showdown.\n\
 nEach business is given the exact same brief: create a fun and unique panca
 ke which can flip the competition on its head. All participants are provide
 d with a griddle alongside 1\,500 orders worth of pancake mix\, disposable 
 forks\, paper plates and napkins in order to build their best pancake and t
 hrow their cowboy hat in the ring\, to the critique of four guest judges (y
