 s immersive Sound Healing and Energy Healing Experience is designed for peo
 ple who feel overwhelmed\, mentally exhausted\, emotionally drained\, disco
 nnected from themselves\, or simply in need of a reset from the demands of 
 everyday life.\n\nMany people spend their days carrying stress in their bod
 ies without realizing it. Tight shoulders\, racing thoughts\, poor sleep\, 
 emotional overwhelm\, low energy\, difficulty focusing\, and the feeling of
  always being “on” can become so normal that we forget what it feels li
 ke to truly relax.\n\nThis special group experience combines therapeutic so
 und\, Reiki energy healing\, energetic cleansing practices\, and grounding 
 techniques designed to help you slow down\, reconnect\, and create space fo
 r restoration.\n\nThe evening begins with a gentle energetic cleansing usin
 g Palo Santo and specially crafted aura sprays designed to help clear stagn
 ant energy and create a peaceful environment for healing and relaxation.\n\
 nThroughout the session\, participants will experience the powerful vibrati
 ons of Tibetan singing bowls\, crystal singing bowls\, therapeutic groundin
 g bowls\, crystal pyramids\, and other sound healing instruments. Each inst
 rument creates unique frequencies that interact with the body in different 
 ways\, encouraging deep relaxation and helping the nervous system shift fro
 m a state of stress into a state of rest.\n\nDuring the session\, Eugenia w
 ill also provide Reiki and energy healing throughout the group. Reiki is a 
 gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation\, emotional balance
 \, and overall well-being. Many participants describe feeling lighter\, cal
 mer\, more centered\, and deeply supported during and after the experience.
