SUMMARY:Sled Island presents: TEAR DUNGEON\, BIG EVIL RAT\, Invisible Hand
 and Brass Lip
DESCRIPTION:TEAR DUNGEON\nThis wild\, gimp-mask clad noise‑punk outfit sp
ecializes in blown‑out riffs\, doomy distortion\, and sonic chaos that ra
ttles your fillings. Their sound lands somewhere between Rollins-era Black
Flag and a power tool having an existential crisis\, and their show feels l
ike a basement exorcism with better lighting. Get ready for some true Texan
hospitality. \nBIG EVIL RAT\nSometimes\, a band name is just perfect. Case
in point: Imagine a BIG EVIL RAT. Are you picturing something menacing\, s
craggly\, and a bit dirty? Then you’ve got a great idea of what to expect
from this sleazy\, six-headed garage rock monster. BIG EVIL RAT are Sled r
 egulars for a reason\; find out why!\nInvisible Hand\nPolitically cha
rged and quick to the punch\, Invisible Hand is an East Coast hardcore band
that rejects breakdowns in favour of pure intensity. With their self-title
d debut released last June and an EP on the way\, this hard-hitting trio is
ready to bring the noise to Sled Island.\nBrass Lip\nThe scrappy\, no-bull
shit power chord anthems of Brass Lip wouldn’t sound out of place in a CB
GB’s documentary\, or scoring a fist fight in an ‘80s movie. Their two
2024 releases clock in under 20 minutes combined\, and that’s all they ne
ed to keep the snotty punk dream alive.\nImportant info:Start and running t
imes are subject to change. Please check the Sled Island schedule in June f
or exact set times.\nUpon entering a festival venue\, the passholder agrees
