DESCRIPTION:Families with children ages 7-12 are invited to explore themes 
 from our current exhibitions through art making activities.\n\nFamilies wit
 h children ages 7–12 ONLY (recommended due to the more detailed\, hands-o
 n nature of the program) are invited to join us at Esker Foundation for an 
 imaginative and creative workshop hands on workshop.\n\nInspired by the exh
 ibitions ᐃᔨ – Eyes – Shirley Moorhouse and Zadie Xa with Benito May
 or Vallejo | Moonlit Confessions Across Deep Sea Echoes: Your Ancestors Are
  Whales\, and Earth Remembers Everything\, this session explores how artwor
 ks can exist in conversation sharing themes of storytelling\, myth\, and co
 nnection.\n\nParticipants will design and build their own mythical characte
 rs through puppetry\, using various materials to bring their ideas to life.
  Together\, we’ll explore how stories can emerge from both imagination an
 d the natural world\, touching on themes of spirituality\, dreams\, and cos
 mic connection.\n\nKids Studio is a series of hands-on workshops designed f
 or children aged 7 to 12 where they can independently explore their creativ
 ity through artistic experimentation and imaginative play. Each workshop in
 troduces conceptual and creative ways of thinking encouraging them to have 
 fun creating with each other!\n\nRegistration and parent/guardian consent a
 re essential. Parents/guardians are not required to be present for the dura
 tion of the program\, however if your child requires assistance with the fo
 llowing skills\, we ask that a parent/guardian accompanies them: cutting\, 
 hot glue tools\, other fine motor skills.\n\nIMPORTANT – Confirming atten
 dance: Please make sure the phone number and email you have registered with
  are accurate. You will receive a confirmation text\, email\, or call prior

 ur attendance. If you are not able to confirm\, your spot will be offered t
