SUMMARY:Sled Island presents: Sick Puppy\, schoolyard\, Invisible Hand and
 ENTWINE
DESCRIPTION:Sick Puppy\nOtherwise known as your girlfriend’s favourite ba
nd\, Sick Puppy began as three friends playing hardcore mid-pandemic but qu
ickly progressed with the release of their debut tape Haunt The Hill and a
supporting tour in 2022. Jump to 2026 and we find the band with an upcoming
LP\, a second guitarist\, and a drive to expand upon their hardcore roots.
\nschoolyard\nCreating an irresistible alt-punk racket that rides the line
between noise and melody\, schoolyard captures raw energy and emotion in th
eir dynamic sound. Driven by a passion for blending diverse genres\, the th
ree-piece merges a gritty garage rock vibe with indie and punk influences\,
resulting in something that feels both fresh and nostalgic. \nInvisi
ble Hand\nPolitically charged and quick to the punch\, Invisible Hand is an
East Coast hardcore band that rejects breakdowns in favour of pure intensi
ty. With their self-titled debut released last June and an EP on the way\,
this hard-hitting trio is ready to bring the noise to Sled Island.\nENTWINE
\nInitially formed with the sole intention of being a scary band to pad out
hardcore bills\, ENTWINE has since developed into so much more. The heavy
four-piece (featuring members of Abrupt Decay\, Killing of a Sacred Deer\,
and Satanic Tea Co.) now describe the project as “a love letter to ‘90s
  mathcore/metalcore and Y2K-era media.”\n \nImportant info:Start and run

June for exact set times.\nUpon entering a festival venue\, the passholder
