n Stewart and built in 1968\, the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio (RSM) helped
redefine how albums could be made—bringing professional recording out of
the studio and into the world. Soon\, word spread to bands like Led Zeppel
in\, who used that freedom to push their sound in new directions. Released
in 1970\, Led Zeppelin III captures a band in transition. Moving beyond the
heavy sound of their early records\, it blends hard rock with acoustic\, f
olk\, and blues influences—shaped by time spent writing in the Welsh coun
tryside and recording in more relaxed\, unconventional environments. The re
sult is an album full of contrast and experimentation\, from the blistering
\, riff-driven “Immigrant Song” to their reinterpretation of a traditio
nal folk ballad\, “Gallows Pole\,” to the gentle\, melodic “Tangerine
.”\n\nPlease note: this session includes mature themes and may be best su
ited for older audiences.\n\nABOUT THE ROLLING STONES MOBILE STUDIO\nStep i
nto music history and listen to iconic albums as they were recorded through
the historic Rolling Stones Mobile Studio. As part of this event\, you'll
get exclusive access to the RSM guided by the National Music Centre's studi
o engineer.\n\nDubbed the “Sistine Chapel of rock ’n’ roll\,” this
historic mobile recording studio was used by British rock legends Led Zeppe
lin\, Deep Purple\, and The Rolling Stones. Conceived by Rolling Stones tou
r manager Ian Stewart and built in 1968\, the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio
(RSM) was the first-ever professional mobile recording studio\, built to ac

-art Helios recording console\, the RSM soon gained popularity among other
musicians\, leading to the creation of countless classic rock albums. Acqui
red by National Music Centre in 2001\, the RSM has since been restored to i
ts former glory and is now parked next to the King Eddy stage where it’s
available for artists to record. Many legendary albums were recorded using
