 d national bestseller The Troop (being developed for film with producer Jam
 es Wan)\, The Deep\, Little Heaven\, The Queen\, and The Handyman Method\, 
 cowritten with Andrew F. Sullivan. Nick Cutter is the pseudonym for Craig D
 avidson\, whose much-lauded literary fiction includes Rust and Bone\, The S
 aturday Night Ghost Club\, and\, most recently\, the short story collection
  Cascade. His story “Medium Tough” was selected by author Jennifer Egan
  for The Best American Short Stories 2014. While he once called Calgary hom
 e\, he now lives in Toronto.\n\nMarcus Kliewer is a writer and stop-motion 
 animator. His debut novel We Used to Live Here began life as a serialized s
 hort story on Reddit. Film rights were snapped up by Netflix\, and it was a
 cquired by Simon & Schuster in the US for publication even before it had be
