Rooted in tradition but inspired by the present, dishes celebrate both heritage and creativity with local and seasonal ingredients. You'll find ultra-tender Korean bulgogi made with certified Angus beef chuck roll and soy-braised Alberta pork hock terrine. Try the five-course chef's tasting menu with available wine pairing for a refined dinner experience. Dinner is served daily starting at 4 p.m. with weekend brunch starting at 10 a.m. Friday to Sunday. Gluten free, celiac, dairy free, and nut free options available along with a carefully crafted wine list. Bookable for private events.
