Một Tô directly translates to “one bowl”. We specialize in Vietnamese food with a modern twist. While still staying true to traditional cooking techniques and quality ingredients, our chefs added a few twists to their favourite classics. Our tropical atmosphere promises a warm and welcoming environment, it’s the perfect space to enjoy your Một Tô… or more than one, we don’t judge. Some of our specialty items include a Vietnamese take on a Western classic: Pho Grilled Cheese. Other notable items are our Spicy Peanut Noodle Soup or Pho Sate, and Crab Pork and Tomato Noodle Soup or Bun Rieu. Our restaurant has received accolades such as being ranked #5 in the top 10 best new restaurants by Air Canada's EnRoute Magazine, and one of Calgary's best new restaurants by Avenue Calgary.
