The idea was inspired by the exploration of tried-and-true traditions with a modern twist and a focus on simplicity - done in nostalgic, but unconventional ways. The food and beverage program is crafted in ways that will instill intrigue and curiosity - with experimentation on familiar foundations. At Bar Chouette, you will find a collaboration between old-world and new-world - where you can immerse yourself in eclectic but comforting surroundings. You'll find a casual vibe with old 90's R&B and hip-hop music playing during dinner service. Happy hour is from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and reverse happy hour Monday to Thursday 9 p.m. to close. Make reservations online and walk-ins are always welcome.
