This local distillery opened in 2019 with bar and spacious tasting area offering handcrafted brandy, whisky, limoncello, award-winning grappa, wine and craft spirits. Food to order. Two of their products received the highest possible rankings and accolades at the 2023 World Drinks Awards: Bridgeland Moscato Brandy and Bridgeland Eau De Vigne, Grappolo from Gewurztraminer! Spirits are aged in new oak barrels which are charred to make the whisky and lightly toasted for the brandy. Tours include storytelling of the fermenting and distilling process, and some of Calgary's history. Proud to be the only Alberta distillery part of Econumusée. The movement celebrates authentic craftsmanship by guiding creatives in how to demonstrate their craft, as an exhibit, and better showcase their products to sell onsite.
