This local distillery opened in 2019 with bar and spacious tasting area offering handcrafted brandy, whisky, limoncello, award-winning grappa, wine and craft spirits. Two of their products received the highest possible rankings and accolades at the 2023 World Drinks Awards: Bridgeland Moscato Brandy and Bridgeland Eau De Vigne, Grappolo from Gewurztraminer! Book a tour with a group of your favourite people on the website to learn more about the distilling process. Tours include storytelling of the fermenting and distilling process, and some of Calgary's history. Custom copper pot still with one-of-a-kind coil condenser. Spirits are aged in new oak barrels which are charred to make the whisky and lightly toasted for the brandy.
