Calgarians have been "hailing Caesar's" for steak dinners since the steak house opened in 1972, and in those four decades not much has changed. It hasn't needed to. The atmosphere is a tribute to days gone by, with dark wood, red leather, (and Roman columns, too). And how often is your waiter ever wearing a tux?

Choose a Caesar's specialty – beef, individually cut for each order – or sample the seafood, chicken, or ribs. While you're dining, sample a selection from Caesar's wine list, which includes wineries from around the world, carefully chosen to complement the menu.

There's also a Caesar's Steak House in south Calgary, at the Willow Park shopping centre. Caesar's is open for lunch and dinner and late-night. The downtown location offers complimentary valet parking after 5:00 p.m.
