The items on Catch's menu – lobster, scallops, fish – have all been caught that day and flown in from the coast, so whatever your eating is as fresh as humanly possible. The "restaurant" combines three dining experiences on three levels – on the first floor, a "San-Francisco style" oyster bar, casual and full of fun, on the second floor, an elegant dining room, and on the third floor, The Atrium, with stunning views of the city.
