Sometimes dining in an intimate place with mood lighting is just the thing, and other times, you want a big, cheery night out with friends and good food. If you're looking for the latter, botaniCa* restaurant, in the Radisson Hotel Calgary Airport, is just the place.

bontaniCa*'s mission is to serve "real food for real people." In fact, in 2003 they let "real people" build their menu by submitting their favourite recipes. Each day brings with it a different feature, and Thursday night is rib night. There's also a to-go menu, featuring Starbucks coffee, for those who need to eat on the run.
