Head Chef Jenny Chan creates artistic dishes such as spicy beef carpaccio done with lemon caper truffle vinaigrette, steamed seabass topped with fresh ginger and shallots and served with lemon risotto, and herb crusted lamb rack done with a sangiovese red wine reduction.
Vero Bistro’s uniqueness begins by butter made with different flavours (lemon fig) and molded into a shape of a heart representing the slogan welcome to my heart!
To finish off the feast, try one of the appetizing desserts made fresh from the kitchen. Top off the delight with a cappuccino that is created in a shape of a heart made from the succulent foam that rests atop the delicious picker upper.
