Bistro 2210 is fashioned after the Paris bistros of old in both food and decor. Opened in 2005 by prairie born Chef Jason Armstrong the bistro has maintained it's love for both French food and wine.
Menu items include classic bistro dishes like Duck Confit Cassoulet and Steak Frites which are a great canvas for fresh local ingredients. The wine list is mostly French but also includes a selection of new world wines as well.
Our bar takes pride in adhering to the old bartending traditions with properly mixed drinks either slowly stirred or shaken with great vigour. We use fresh juices and make a selection of classic 19th century cocktails as well as modern potations.
