Calgary is home to Canada’s longest running marathon from May 28 - 31, 2015 we will celebrate the 51st Scotiabank Calgary Marathon Race Weekend at iconic Stampede Park, where the race begins and ends!

A three-day Health and Wellness Expo kicks off the weekend at the Big Four, Stampede Park where 60 exhibitors showcase the best in health and wellness. There are hourly fitness demos, $5000 in fitness-related door prizes and motivational speakers.

The Scotiabank Charity Challenge raised over $1.3 million dollars for 91 charities in 2014 and to date since its inception in 2009, more than $3.8 million dollars has been raised for Alberta charities. The Scotiabank Calgary Marathon is more than a race - it is a spirited community event that celebrates sportsmanship, healthy lifestyles and community participation. In 2014 15,000 participants took to the streets enjoying the best and most beautiful of Calgary's newer and historical neighbourhoods. There were 3 Guinness World Record Attempts and one record broken (fastest marathon ran in a sumo suit). Join in on all the great fun and come to Calgary in 2015 to celebrate Alberta’s Best Road Race as voted by runners!

The Scotiabank Calgary Marathon is a challenging, competitive and fun event with a race designed for everyone of any level. Races include the 50K Ultra, Scotiabank Marathon, Centaur Subaru Half Marathon, The Jugo Juice 10K, 5K Walk and Run or Scotiabank Kids Marathon.
