Da Calgary Reggae Festival Society (August 14-17, 2013) spreads the sweet sounds of Reggae music and artists in Calgary and beyond. The Society, Calgary’s original rastagarians – a group of reggae DJs, musicians, broadcasters, event promoters and planners set out in 2003 to bring reggae beats and culture to Calgary – and dem succeeded.
The Calgary Reggae Festival Society invites you to go rastagarian at Calgary ReggaeFest at Shaw Millennium Park the third week of August. ReggaeFest is a full-day family event that transcends racial, cultural and musical boundaries. The day features live performances from Canadian and International reggae artists mixed with reggae food and culture.
