CANADA’S SPORTS HALL OF FAME Inspiring Canadians – In Sport and Life Come enjoy our 40,000 square foot international award-winning facility located at Canada Olympic Park. We have 12 galleries and over 50 hands-on interactive exhibits including shadow boxing against Olympic Gold Medallist Lennox Lewis, 3D goalie and back-catcher experiences, sport challenges, wheelchair racing against Paralympic Gold Medallist Chantal Petitclerc and more. Some of the items on display include Terry Fox’s shoe, a hockey stick with Wayne Gretzky’s name misspelled as “Gretsky” and the Calgary #1 torch which was used to light the cauldron at the Opening Ceremonies at the 1988 Olympic Winter Games in Calgary. Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame is open from 10AM-5PM Tuesday to Sunday and on holiday Mondays. During July and August, we are open seven days a week! We are honoured to share the stories of our 540 inducted sport heroes to inspire Canadians in sport and life. We are a charitable organization. Ple
