48 OUNCE TOMAHAWK STEAK – BRIGGS KITCHEN & BAR

When you have two brand new Josper Charcoal ovens it's a given you're going to throw a hunk of meat in there and take advantage of the unique smoky flavour it imparts. Briggs 48 ounce tomahawk, a long bone frenched T-bone steak, is cooked to order, served with smoked mushrooms and a cherry tomato and almond salsa and shared amongst friends - unless you're really hungry.

$100 BURGER - VAGABOND BREWERY

When you want quality over quantity, the $100 burger from Vagabond Brewery is your best bet, though this isn’t a small burger by any means. Two eight ounce patties of high quality Wagyu beef, seared foie gras, duck confit, black truffle cheese, crunchy lettuce, heirloom tomato on top of a delicious brioche bun. Bring your wallet and an empty stomach.

DOUG'S "DON'T FEAR THE REAPER" – BOOGIE'S BURGERS

Four all beef patties, four slices of bacon, a butterflied all beef wiener, two slices of cheddar, fried egg, Boogie’s signature red sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion. And a mini corn dog. Are you afraid?

SHERM'S ULTIMATE GRIPPER - TUBBY DOG

Bacon wrapped Tubby Dog deep fried and topped off with ham, homemade chili, cheese, mustard, more bacon, hot peppers, onions and a fried egg. Extra points if you eat the whole thing with your two bare hands, no cutlery allowed.

PRAIRIE OYSTERS - BOTTLESCREW BILL'S

While this used to be a regular item on the menu that only the most daring clientele tried, the staff at Bottlescrew Bill’s have turned the crown jewel of their menu into a yearly event to raise money for prostate cancer research in July. With names like Mixed Nuts, Blue Balls, Great Balls of Fire and Crown Jewels – the delicate prairie oysters are masterfully cooked and prepared with choice ingredients to be enjoyed with a cold brew.
